Alumina Bubble Bricks
Alumina hollow ball brick/Alumina bubble brick is a high-grade lightweight refractory insulation brick made from high-purity alumina hollow balls as aggregate, matched with ultra-fine alumina powder and special binder. After forming, drying and firing at an ultra-high temperature of 1750℃, the brick features a closed porous honeycomb structure. It combines excellent high-temperature resistance and ultra-low thermal conductivity, making it an ideal lining material for ultra-high temperature industrial furnaces.
Customization & Service
1. Customized standard bricks, curved bricks and special-shaped bricks according to drawings
2. Products with different purities: 90%, 95%, 98% available
3. Export standard packaging, suitable for sea and air transportation
4. Provide quality inspection reports, certificates of origin and other foreign trade documents
Key Advantages:
1. Ultra-high Temperature Resistance
Long-term service temperature: 1700–1750℃, max up to 1800℃. Small permanent linear change on reheating and stable dimension at high temperature.
2. Excellent Thermal Insulation & Energy Saving
Ultra-low thermal conductivity with remarkable energy-saving effect. Energy saving rate can reach over 30%, greatly reducing fuel cost.
3. Lightweight & High Strength
Low bulk density reduces furnace load. With good cold crushing strength, it can be directly used as high-temperature working layer.
4. Good Thermal Shock & Corrosion Resistance
Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, slag erosion, and with excellent thermal shock resistance, suitable for frequent heating and cooling conditions.
