Alumina Lining Plates
Alumina lining plate (alumina wear-resistant ceramic lining plate) is a high-performance wear-resistant protection product, mainly made of 92%/95% alumina ceramic as raw material. It is widely used in material handling systems of mining, cement, steel, power, coal and other industries, aiming to solve the wear problem of equipment inner walls caused by bulk material scouring, extend equipment service life and reduce maintenance costs.
Main Product Classification (Mainstream Types)
1. The Adhesive Backing Plate: It adopts back glue or adhesive installation, which is suitable for flat equipment inner walls and light wear working conditions. The construction is convenient and efficient, and no complex construction tools are needed.
2. The Welding Liner: Equipped with a welding base or ceramic welding block, it is suitable for heavy-duty working conditions with strong impact and heavy material scouring. It is firmly fixed, not easy to fall off, and has a longer service life.
3. The Arc-Shaped Hydrocyclone Liner: It is a special-shaped arc lining plate customized according to the circular arc surface of the hydrocyclone. Different from the conventional flat lining plate, it can achieve seamless fitting of the inner wall of the hydrocyclone and specifically solve the wear problem of the hydrocyclone.

1. Exceptional Wear Resistance & High Hardness: With Mohs hardness up to 9, far higher than steel and alloy plates, its wear life is 10-20 times that of ordinary carbon steel, which can effectively resist the scouring and wear of various bulk materials.
2. Lightweight & Impact Resistant: It has low specific gravity, which can reduce the load of equipment without increasing the overall weight of the equipment. Through special toughening sintering process, its fracture toughness is significantly improved, and it can adapt to complex working conditions with material impact.
3. Smooth Surface & High Efficiency: The product has a low friction coefficient, which can minimize material adhesion and blockage, improve the conveying efficiency of materials, and reduce equipment downtime caused by blockage.
4. Diverse Installation & Customization: It supports multiple installation methods such as adhesive bonding, welding and dovetail interlocking. At the same time, it can be customized into square, rectangular, trapezoidal, fan-shaped and other shapes to achieve seamless fitting of pipelines, chutes, hoppers, cyclones and other equipment.
5. Stable Performance & Harsh Environment Adaptability: It has stable chemical properties, is corrosion-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, non-toxic and pollution-free. It also has good thermal stability, maintaining stable performance under the working condition of -50℃ to 400℃, and is suitable for various harsh industrial and mining environments.
