Ceramic Fiber Bulk
Ceramic fiber bulk are irregular fibrous loose cotton produced by spraying or spinning high purity raw materials after melting, which can be used to produce other ceramic fiber products, such as blanket, felt, board, paper, textiles, etc., and can also be directly used to fill the irregular gaps of refractory materials or difficult to construct parts, in order to play the role of insulation preservation.
Standard cotton: Refractory fibers that are produced by means of spun process through careful material selecting by electric melting.
Synthetic high-purity cotton: Refractory fibers that are produced by means of spun process using the mixture of fused alumina and silica.
Zirconium cotton: Refractory fibers that are produced by means of spun process using the mixture of fused alumina, slicaas well as zirconia.
Chromium cotton: Refractory fibers that are produced by means of spun process using the mixture of fused alumina, siica as well as chrome oxide.

1. Ultra-high Temperature Resistance
Continuous use temperature up to 1050℃-1400℃ (different grades for selection), short-term use temperature higher, stable performance under high-temperature working conditions without cracking or deformation.
2. Lightweight & Low Thermal Conductivity
Bulk density as low as 96-224kg/m³, ultra-low thermal conductivity can effectively block heat transfer, reduce equipment heat loss, and achieve significant energy-saving effects.
3. Good Flexibility & Processability
Soft texture, good resilience, can be arbitrarily cut, folded and shaped, suitable for thermal insulation of irregular equipment, pipelines and complex structural parts, easy to construct and install.
4. Excellent Chemical Stability
Resistant to corrosion of acid, alkali, salt and most organic media, no reaction with molten metal (except strong alkali), suitable for various harsh industrial chemical environments.
5. Low Heat Storage & Low Shrinkage
Low heat storage capacity, fast heating and cooling of equipment, small linear shrinkage at high temperature, no obvious volume change, long service life.
6. Non-toxic & Environmental Friendly
Asbestos-free, non-carcinogenic, low dust during construction, in line with international environmental protection and occupational health standards, safe to use.
7. Good Mechanical Properties
Certain tensile and compressive strength, not easy to fall off after construction, can adapt to slight vibration of equipment during operation.
