Clay Graphite Crucible
Clay Graphite Crucible (also named Clay Bonded Graphite Crucible) is a kind of high-performance refractory melting vessel, made from high-purity flake graphite and refractory clay as main raw materials, through mixing, molding, high-temperature firing and special curing process.
It combines the advantages of graphite (excellent thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance) and clay (good strength, oxidation resistance, stable structure), making it the most widely used traditional crucible for non-ferrous metal smelting, casting and laboratory melting.
Customization Scope:
1. Size Customization: Customizable inner diameter, outer diameter, height and wall thickness, from small laboratory crucibles to large industrial ones.
2. Shape Customization: Conventional cylindrical/conical, or custom special-shaped (square, elliptical, with diversion port/ear) for special equipment.
3. Material Ratio Customization: Adjustable graphite-clay ratio (custom graphite content) based on melted metal, working temperature and service life.
4. Detail Customization: Custom inner wall smoothness, outer wall anti-slip treatment and engraving (logo, specifications) as needed.
