Product Description
Silicon carbide microcrystalline plate and microcrystalline pipe are high-performance refractory materials made of silicon carbide (SiC) with excellent wear resistance, high temperature resistance and erosion resistance.
Performance characteristics
Wear resistance: It has extremely high wear resistance and is suitable for high wear environments.
High temperature resistance: Its heat resistance temperature can reach 1400℃ to 1450℃, which is suitable for high temperature working environments.
Compressive strength: The compressive strength is high, usually between 50MPa and 60MPa.
Thermal conductivity: The thermal conductivity is low, about 0.2, which helps thermal management.
Anti-scaling: It is suitable for occasions such as cement plant pipelines that require anti-scaling.
