Features: ‌
Fire resistance and wear resistance‌: Silicon carbide setter plates can work stably under high temperature, high pressure and chemical corrosion conditions, and have excellent fire resistance and wear resistance. ‌

Anti-oxidation performance‌: It can work stably in oxidizing and reducing atmospheres, and the number of turnovers can reach more than 500-1000 times. ‌

High temperature compressive and flexural strength‌: It has high strength and good compressive resistance, and can be used for a long time at high temperature without deformation. ‌

Resistance to rapid cooling and heating‌: It has good resistance to rapid cooling and heating, and is not easy to crack during use. ‌Wide operating temperature range‌: can be used in the range of 800℃-1400℃‌.
