Product Information
Sintered paving bricks are a common road paving material, primarily made from shale or clay from barren mountains. They are formed through vacuum high-pressure hard plastic extrusion and then sintered at temperatures above 1100℃. This high-temperature sintering melts the internal particles, significantly improving the brick's wear resistance.
Performance Characteristics:
High Strength and Durability: Extruded using a vacuum hard plastic extruder and then fired using modern external combustion technology, these bricks possess high compressive strength, stable physical properties, strong freeze-thaw resistance, produce no dust when run over by vehicles, and have a long service life.
Slip-Resistant and Environmentally Friendly: When using textured bricks, they offer excellent slip resistance and also have water absorption and drainage functions, regulating air humidity and mitigating the urban heat island effect. Chemically neutral, non-radioactive, and pollution-free, they are fully recyclable at the end of their service life.
Strong Weather Resistance: Resistant to harsh environments and corrosive substances, resistant to rain erosion, and maintains good performance under various climatic conditions.
Simple installation: Most of the installations use a flexible installation method, which does not require mortar or concrete. It is a dry construction method, which saves machinery and labor. Damaged bricks are easy to replace, and daily cleaning is simple. Usually, most surface stains can be removed by washing with water.
Sidewalks and Pedestrian Streets: Suitable for dedicated pedestrian walkways and commercial pedestrian streets. The textured surface provides excellent slip resistance, ensuring safe passage.
Driveways and Parking Lots: Can be used for light-duty driveways, bus lanes, or parking lots. It can withstand vehicle loads and is wear-resistant and durable.
