Ceramic fiber paper is made of selected aluminum silicate ceramic fiber wool as the main raw material using a wet molding process. Based on the traditional process, the slag removal and drying processes have been improved.
Its characteristics are no asbestos, uniform fiber distribution, white color, no stratification, less slag balls (four centrifugal slag removal), flexible adjustment of bulk density according to the purpose, high strength (including reinforced fiber), good elasticity, and strong machinability. Due to different use temperatures, it is divided into four materials: STD, HA, HZ and HAZ ceramic fiber paper.
Specifications
* Service Temperature: Usually between 600°C and 1400°C, and different types have different temperature resistance ranges.
* Bulk Density: Generally 200-240 kg/m³.
* Dimensions: The width is usually 610mm or 1220mm, the thickness is 0.5-13mm, and the length can be 6-120m or customized according to requirements.
Safety Precautions
When handling ceramic fiber paper, airborne fibers may be generated. It is necessary to wear protective clothing, gloves, and masks and work in a well-ventilated area to minimize exposure.

6. Electrical Insulation: As a non-conductive material, it has excellent electrical insulation properties and is useful for applications requiring electrical insulation at high temperatures.
