Acid resistant bricks and acid resistant tiles are professional industrial anti-corrosion ceramic materials. They are widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, wastewater treatment, power plant, metallurgy and other industrial fields. Manufactured for harsh acidic, corrosive and high-temperature working conditions, these acid-proof ceramic products feature stable chemical performance, extremely low water absorption and long service life. 1. Difference Between Brick and Tile
(1) Acid Resistant Brick: Thicker body and higher structural strength. Suitable for heavy-load industrial floors, acid tanks, acid ditches and pool walls that require strong compression and impact resistance.
(2) Acid Resistant Tile: Lightweight and flat surface with flexible installation. Ideal for equipment inner wall lining, light-duty anti-corrosion floors and clean anti-corrosion wall surfaces.

Glazed vs Non-Glazed
(1) Non-Glazed Acid Resistant Series
Non-glazed acid bricks and tiles feature excellent anti-slip, anti-exposure and weather resistance. They are wear-resistant, fade-proof and aging-resistant, perfect for outdoor acid ditches, open workshop floors and outdoor anti-corrosion areas.
(2) Glazed Acid Resistant Series
Glazed surface is smooth, flat and clear. It is easy to clean, stain-resistant and dust-proof, effectively avoiding acid residue and industrial dirt adhesion. Widely used for pharmaceutical workshops, food factories, laboratories and indoor clean anti-corrosion environments.

1. Excellent Acid Resistance: With an acid - resistance of 95% - 98%. Except for hydrofluoric acid and hot phosphoric acid, they have excellent anti - corrosion effects on acids such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and nitric acid, as well as alkalis of various concentrations at room temperature.
2. Low Water Absorption: The structure is compact, and the water absorption rate is generally 0.5% - 5.0%. It is not easily penetrated by solutions, which can maintain good corrosion resistance in humid environments.
3. High Strength and Wear Resistance: The compressive strength can reach 100 - 150MPa, the Mohs hardness is 7 - 8, and the surface wear - resistance coefficient is ≥0.6. It can withstand the pressure and friction of heavy objects and is not easily damaged by external forces.
4. Good Thermal Stability: It can withstand rapid cooling and heating, with a temperature difference of ≥200°C, and the thermal expansion coefficient is only 4.5×10⁻⁶/°C. It can be used in the environment of - 30°C to 600°C for a long time without cracking.
5. Environmental Protection and Safety: The radioactivity detection reaches class A standards, and there is no VOC release. The waste bricks can be crushed and recycled as concrete aggregates, with a recycling rate of >95%.
6. Easy to Clean and Maintain: The surface is smooth, not easy to accumulate dirt, and easy to clean. It can be directly installed on substrates such as concrete and ceramic tiles, which is convenient for construction and shortens the construction cycle.
