Best Selling 1650°C RSiC Recrystallized Silicon Carbide Kiln Furniture Beams
Our eternal pursuits are the attitude of "regard the market, regard the custom, regard the science" as well as theory of "quality the basic, have faith in the initial and administration the advanced" for Silicon Carbide Square Tubes and Sic Beam, Due to our strict pursues in quality, and after-sale service, our product gets more and more popular around the world. Many clients came to visit our factory and place orders. And there are also many foreign friends who came for sight seeing, or entrust us to buy other stuff for them. You are most welcome to come to China, to our city and to our factory!
RBSiC/SiSiC Beam are mainly made of SiC particles and silicon dioxide and other materials sintered at 1400-1500℃. Its composition includes SiC particles as aggregate and SiO2 as the main binding phase, and it has the characteristics of high strength, good oxidation resistance and thermal shock resistance.
RSiC beam is a high-performance ceramic material with excellent properties such as high strength, high hardness, and high temperature resistance. Its manufacturing process mainly includes two steps: first, sintering silicon carbide powder into a green body under high temperature conditions, then recrystallizing through reaction heat treatment to form silicon carbide ceramic material, and then cutting and grinding it into the required shape.
Why Choose Our Silicon Carbide Beams?
High Dimensional Accuracy: Customization available for length, width, and thickness according to your specific requirements.
Superior Quality & Stability: Utilizing premium raw materials and strict quality control to ensure consistent performance.
Long Service Life: Boasting a smooth surface finish that resists material adhesion and ensures extended durability.
Comprehensive Support: Providing full technical assistance and after-sales service, including recommendations for the most suitable material based on your kiln's specific working conditions.
Features:
Reaction Bonded Silicon Carbide / RBSiC Beam:
(1) Advanced Reaction Bonding Process: Utilizes a reaction bonding process where silicon carbide is combined with metallic silicon, resulting in a dense and uniform structure.
(2) High Mechanical Strength: Boasts exceptional strength and superior resistance to mechanical shock and impact.
(3) Excellent Thermal Shock Resistance: Features high thermal conductivity and a low coefficient of thermal expansion, ensuring outstanding thermal shock resistance.
(4) Cost-Effective Solution: Offers a competitive price point without compromising quality, delivering an excellent cost-performance ratio.
(5) Versatile Application: Ideal for use in continuous kilns and operating conditions characterized by significant temperature fluctuations.
Recrystallized Silicon Carbide / RSiC Beam:
(1) Pure SiC Structure: Formed through a high-temperature recrystallization process, resulting in a 100% pure silicon carbide structure with zero metallic silicon phase.
(2) Extreme Temperature Resistance: Exhibits superior heat resistance, capable of withstanding long-term operating temperatures ranging from 1600°C to 1800°C.
(3) Superior Corrosion & Oxidation Resistance: Exceptional resistance to oxidation and chemical corrosion, making it ideal for extreme high-temperature environments.
(4) Ultimate Thermal Shock Resistance: Features an ultra-low coefficient of thermal expansion, providing outstanding thermal shock stability even under rapid heating/cooling cycles.
(5) Extended Service Life: Designed for longevity, it is perfectly suited for large-scale, high-temperature, and heavy-load industrial kilns.
