Magnesia Spinel Bricks
Magnesia alumina spinel brick is an alkaline refractory with periclase and spinel as the main minerals, which is formed by high-pressure molding and high temperature sintering. At the same time, specific mineralizer is added to directly combine the crystal phase particles of the product.
Magnesia iron spinel brick uses high-purity magnesia and alumina iron spinel sand as the main raw materials. Through reasonable proportion, high-pressure molding, and strict control of firing temperature and time, the product has good flexibility and thermal shock stability, and no hexavalent chromium pollution to cement.
Magnesia alumina spinel brick: High temperature chemical corrosion resistance, excellent alkali resistance, high load softening temperature, good thermal shock stability, strong erosion resistance, and good high temperature service performance.
Magnesia iron spinel brick: Good load softening temperature, high temperature strength, corrosion resistance, thermal shock stability and good performance of hanging kiln skin. The kiln skin is formed quickly, evenly and stably, and it is not easy to fall off when stopping the kiln; Good corrosion resistance, no alkali crack and looseness; low thermal conductivity, good energy saving effect.
