Silicon Nitride Bonded Silicon Carbide (Si₃N₄ bonded SiC) riser tube is a high-performance ceramic component specially developed for low-pressure die casting and gravity casting of aluminum alloys. It is manufactured by high-temperature reaction sintering of silicon carbide and silicon powder under nitrogen atmosphere, featuring excellent thermal shock resistance, high strength, low thermal expansion, superior corrosion resistance against molten aluminum, and long service life.

This riser tube serves as the core channel for transporting molten aluminum from the holding furnace to the mold in low-pressure casting systems. It stays stable under repeated rapid heating and cooling cycles, hardly wets by molten aluminum, reduces aluminum adhesion and clogging, cuts downtime for cleaning and replacement, and effectively improves casting yield and production consistency.
