Product Description
Our Rockwool blankets are made from carefully selected basalt through a high-temperature melting process. Typical density ranges from 60-128 kg/m³. Common specifications include lengths of 3000-5000 mm, widths of 600-1200 mm, and thicknesses of 50-100 mm. Custom specifications are available upon request. Rockwool blankets are available in various types, including seam blankets, roll blankets, and veneer blankets. Veneer blankets can be made with galvanized wire mesh, stainless steel mesh, fiberglass cloth, and aluminum foil.
Product Features:
Highly fire-resistant, non-combustible material effectively blocks the spread of fire. Waterproof, asbestos-free, environmentally and human-safe, and non-corrosive. Excellent heat resistance allows for use in higher temperature environments. Its fluffy fiber structure makes it highly sound-absorbing, effectively absorbing sound waves and providing excellent sound insulation. Its soft texture makes it easy to handle and install, adapting to various complex surface shapes.
Technical parameters:
Thermal conductivity is typically between 0.03-0.047W/(m·K), fire resistance can reach Class A1, maximum operating temperature can reach 750°C, and waterproofness can be greater than 99% (optional).
