Ceramic fiber board is a high-performance thermal insulation and refractory material widely used in various industrial fields.
1. Basic Information
Manufacturing Process: Ceramic fiber board is made from ceramic fiber cotton through vacuum forming or dry - process technology. The raw materials mainly include hard clay clinker, pyrophyllite, and alumina - silica powder. These raw materials are heated to a high temperature and melted, and then fiberized by blowing and wire - drawing to form fiber cotton, which is further processed into fiber board.
Color and Appearance: It is usually pure white, with a smooth surface and uniform texture.
Regular Size: 900/1000/1200*600/1000/1200*25/50/100(mm), customized sizes are also available to meet different needs.
Classification: Backing Board; Fire Baffle.
2. Technical Parameters:
Use Temperature: The service temperature can reach 1100℃, and some high - grade products can even withstand higher temperatures up to 1430℃.
Bulk Density: Generally between 260 - 320kg/m³.
Thermal Conductivity: At 1000℃, the thermal conductivity is only 0.18W/m·K, showing excellent thermal insulation performance.
Compressive Strength: It can reach 0.5MPa, with high strength and good toughness.
Features:
1. High temperature resistance: The operating temperature of ceramic fiberboard can reach 1100℃, and it can withstand extremely high temperature environment.
2. Low thermal conductivity: In an environment of 1000℃, the thermal conductivity is only 0.18w/mk, which has a good thermal insulation effect.
3. High strength: After high temperature and processing, ceramic fiberboard has high aging resistance and service life.
4. Easy to install: Due to its fiber structure, ceramic fiberboard can be cut and bent arbitrarily, which is easy to install.
5. Environmental protection and safety: The main raw materials are inorganic materials, which are harmless to the human body and friendly to the environment.
