Ceramic Fiber Shaped Parts
Our special shaped ceramic fiber parts are rigid shaped refractory insulation products manufactured with high-quality ceramic fiber bulk and high-temperature inorganic binders via mold compression forming and curing processing. Customized irregular shapes can be produced according to engineering drawings and on-site dimensions. Different from standard ceramic fiber boards and tubes, these custom components solve thermal insulation challenges for irregular furnaces, pipelines and high-temperature equipment cavities.
1. Customizable Shapes
Molds can be tailor-made for any non-standard structure. Regular styles are listed below:
Annular parts: Circular rings, flange insulation rings, semicircular curved pieces, eccentric sleeves
Tubular parts: Reducer sleeves, conical sleeves, stepped bushings, thermal insulation barrels in various lengths
Block components: Perforated fixing plates, slotted baffles, snap blocks, sealed bases
Special profiles: Conical plugs, arc covers, L-shaped profiles, multi-hole flanges, irregular end caps
Support drawing-based, sample-based customization for both small trial orders and mass bulk orders.
2. Forming Technology
Wet vacuum filtration forming ensures uniform density and moderate hardness. Finished goods allow secondary processing including drilling, grooving, grinding and cutting with precise dimensional tolerance.
1. Excellent high-temperature stability. Continuous working temperature ranges from 800°C to 1500°C. Resist thermal cycling; no cracking or powder falling under repeated heating and cooling.
2. Outstanding thermal insulation performance with low thermal conductivity, effectively reducing heat loss and cutting energy consumption of thermal equipment.
3. Ultra-light weight compared with refractory bricks, lowering overall load of thin-wall furnaces and precision high-temperature facilities.
4. Convenient on-site fabrication. Easy to cut, drill and trim for seamless installation.
5. Chemical resistance against common acid, alkali and flue gas corrosion. Asbestos-free, eco-friendly and non-corrosive to metal fittings.
6. Tight fitting for irregular gaps. Perform both thermal insulation and heat sealing to avoid heat leakage.
