Our high-temperature fiber furnace series is engineered with premium insulation materials, including ceramic fiber, polycrystalline mullite fiber, or imported alumina fiber for the furnace chamber. Equipped with high-performance heating elements such as silicon carbon rods, silicon molybdenum rods, or molybdenum wire, these furnaces achieve stable operating temperatures ranging from 1300°C to 1750°C. The lightweight fiber structure ensures rapid temperature rise and heat retention, significantly reducing energy consumption while maintaining uniform temperature distribution inside the chamber.
