Our ladle slide gate plate is a‑core functional refractory component for steel‑making continuous‑casting systems. Installed at the bottom of steel ladles and tundishes, it precisely regulates and shuts off molten‑steel flow via the sliding‑fit of upper and lower plates, effectively ensuring safe, stable and highly‑efficient casting operations.

Manufactured from premium raw‑materials such as high‑purity tabular alumina, fused zirconia‑alumina and natural graphite, our slide gate plates feature high‑temperature resistance, excellent thermal‑shock stability and strong erosion resistance. Produced by high‑pressure forming and high‑temperature firing processes, they can operate stably for long‑term service under extreme working temperatures above 1600℃.
